I think what is happenning in Israel/Palestine War is a separate although related issue to Anti=Semitism especially on College Campuses. Joe Rogan recently said that there is an incredible explosion of Anti-Semitism in the last few months that he never has seen before. It is not fair to blame Jews for the ACtions of the Israeli Government especailly when most Jews like me are not Dual Citizen of Israel and/or not in the War Cabinet of the Israeli Government. Did you listen to the Video. The Protests at College Campuses have become very Anti-Semitic. I myself was a Victim of Anti-SEmeitc comments at some Eastern Healing Organizaiton I belong to just last laat week.

The protestors bemoan 80 years of Palestinian woes, but the Palestinians made choices that got them there and prolonged it. Jews are going on 5784 years of being exiled and losing everything many times over. Every year for all that time, we say ,"Next year in Jerusalem", why do we say that? The Romans exiled us from Judea ( then renamed it Palestine, a territory, not a legal entity, state, or country ,in the same way we say "the Central Valley"). It is our indigenous home, and it has always been our desire to go home. We did not originate in Poland as the protestors yell, nor are we colonizers. It was our land(and the Bedouins, and Druze) long before there were "Palestinians". Judaism is a millennium older, and in Israel, before Islam came into being. These kids on campuses, yell slogans and take up a cause without knowing the full, complete, history.

*Modern Judaism* is not much relatively older than Christianity, and if you consider Rabbinic Judaism to be first form of modern Judaism, then you're looking at something only mildly older than Islam. At the time of Christ -- who was a devout Jew -- there were multiple Judaic sects, and Christianity started off as just being another one.

@@basuta-dshrara Also, I wouldn't call an invasion by a WW2 veterans that numbered to over 100,000 against a civilians population a war. Palestinians were always fighting expulsion and colonization of their land that began in 1920's. They never had an army because they weren't allowed one by both British and Ottoman rule. The Arab army that came to their defence was no more than 30,000 and ill equipped and struggled to project war outside their boarders, still manage to prevent the total expulsion of the Palestinians.

Most Gazans on average eat less than the daily recommended amount of food. And Israel kills on average 300 Gazans annually. Saying Israel is completely innocent leading up to October 7th is false.

Well, who attacked Israel first? Israelis ha e been suffering from all the rockets from Gaza. On kctober 7 the gazans entered Israel in order to commit genocide. Israel has the right to defend its citizens and save the hostages

@@Carla39894 who is occupying the Palestinians? The blockade, the inhumane treatment of Palestinians like animals for decades . So, what do you expect if you treat people like that they will fight back although I do not condone what hamas did the killings of innocent civilians but lots of Israeli civilians that day were killed by the IDF, and you can’t compare that with the number of casualties in Gaza. Why do you think the American revolution happened? As long as Israel continues the path of colonialism it will never have peace the only solution is the two state solution.
