I'm here for Buster, and I find that, in a clip where you see so so many stars, true icons of cinema, most of the comments are for him, and it truly warms my heart in a way I find hard to articulate, but it says it all, doesn't it? There's just no one like Buster
Buster Keaton certainly knew when the camera was coming. He had the greatest comedic timing than anyone.
I'm having me a Buster Keaton day, watching old movies and reading about him and his life. Somehow found myself here and looking at all those past stars in the clip, but the majority of the comments here are for Buster!! That says an awful lot about his true star power and likeability factor. 42 years after his death, everyone still loves him!!
Buster's the most normal,down-to-earth person at that table.
I think it would have been funny if when it got to the end of the second table there was Keaton again. Seems like something he would do.
Narrated by Debbie Reynolds from MGM's Golden Anniversary Film 'That's Entertainment!' (1974} and originally filmed for MGM's Silver Anniversary in 1949. 'More Stars than There Are In The Heavens'... and the likes of which we'll never see again... amazing!
Aww Buster was at the end of the table..I wanted to see him front and center. ☺️ would have loved to sit next to him.
Can you imagine having Buster Keaton over for dinner? He would be the perfect appetite suppressant. You'd be laughing so hard at the dinner table that you'd forget all about eating any food.
God bless Buster Keaton for breathing some life into a stuffy corporate function, lol.
Ah Buster Keaton... again his actions express so much without uttering a word... Pretty much thinking he was conveying exactly how he felt about working at MGM at that time... 🤣 It’s kinda like a celebrity zoo, isn’t it?
*chuckle* looks to me like Buster was eating something he didnt much like and was going to spit it out and then thought he better not.

That would have been so awesome! Too bad by then Hollywood had broken his spirit...
The only one alive still from that big mgm photo related to this film,is Claude Jarmin Jr . It appears at 0:52 picking up the glass of water.
Painstakingly "candid"...

No, Lena looks heartbreakingly sad and alone. And to think that she's one of a handful of stars at that luncheon with her own postage stamp.
