Eu também!!!! Era maravilhoso o querido BK💜
This is a re-do of the very first silent film buster was in with Fatty Arbuckle. It's called the butcher boy.
Old comedians never die. Buster Keaton of course as a true legend of cinema. Billy Gilbert as a frequent sidekick in Laurel + Hardy-productions, wellknown for his hilarious pompousness. he also played the professor in The Music Box.

Classic stuff ! Two pros whose careers went back to the silents !
This variation of Buster's Molasses in the porkpie hat pantomime skit..is not from"The Ed Wynn Show"..it's from "The Ken Murray Show"..Billy Gilbert(who performed this skit with Buster)recalled their performance in the introduction to Leonard Maltin's book"Movie Comedy Teams".

Buster Keaton Also Did This Skit Way Back With Fatty Arbuckle (Roscoe Arbuckle)
Wow!! incredible Buster Keaton especially at 7:12
Sixty-one years old -- and can still take a pratfall like a champ.

Indubitably !
Keaton did several remakes of The Butcher Boy on TV. (It was Keaton's first short, and in the original the store clerk is Roscoe "Fatty" Arbuckle.) He did another iteration of it earlier with Ed Wynn and hand-held title cards.

Thanks for the history….
And we eat that stuff! Love this 😆💕
Buster keaton king of comedies and stan laurel and oliver hardy
Not unknown, but it is Buster. Great that they decided to throw in Gilbert's sneeze routine. They work well together, and Buster was still tops.
Le meilleur de tous les temps !
If I’m not mistaken, he did this same bit on the Ed Wynn Show.
He also did this bit on the ed wynn show and later appeared in an episode of the Donna Reed show
The man pouring the molasses was comic Billy Gilbert. He appeared in hundreds of films and tv shows
The TV writers added the bit with all the que cards for 'titles". When the movies were really silent Buster made do with very few.
This was originally done in 1918 with Roscoe "Fatty" Arbuckle
Buster dis this scene on the Ed Wynn Show back in 1949. Still funny here.

Yes, with same props and set.
mr. Keaton did the same sketch in 1949 on TV, with Ed Wynn. also available on YT. this one is an improved version.
Incroyable buster avec autre acteur billy guilbert qui a jouer avec chaplin laurel et hardy et tant d autres
They other silent comedian is the fellow that spent time with Chaplin in the frozen north in The Gold RUSH...and many other Chaplin movies
Nice movie.
Such innocents that people got a real kick out of this.
@7:12 now 😣 THAT is a pratfall 😮
This is from The Ken Murray Show

WayBackMachine_1 Buster did this routine on several shows because everyone wanted him to recreate it on their show. This one was on the Ken Murray Show in 1952. His partner on the Ed Wynne Show was Wynne himself, but here he was teamed with Billy Gilbert.

It’s from the butcher boy
Интересно, а куда делась сцена с бочкой? Её не было в данной версии или её вырезали?
А нельзя ли выключить дурацкую "стабилизацию видео"?
1949 not 1956
And I thought the Japanese subs were funny
