I don’t think the venom symbiote is really gone because if u go back to where miles and Pete fight the symbiote walls are still there

I think an Insomniac-developed Venom or Daredevil game would be a slam dunk in terms of “what fans want”. Those two characters are by far and away the most consistently requested characters to get their own games in fan forums.

The honesty and transparency from Insomniac is certainly appreciated. They knew a Venom game wouldn’t make too much sense in the story, but the fans would be extremely happy with one. So they would not be opposed to making a game based around him

Why wouldn’t it? Peter has anti venom simply because he wore tingling enough. Harry easily wore the suit for a very very very long time compared to Pete wearing it for like 2 months. Norman has all the data from the Mr. Negative experiments to be able to essentially recreate the power needed to make to make anti venom. And we definitely know that Norman will do literally anything to save Harry. Or we can give the suit to Eddie or even flash at some point for some agent venom gameplay.

If we do get this game, I hope it’s M rated.

Doing a Maximum Carnage dlc that leads into something like a Lethal Protector spin-off where we deal with the Life Foundation characters would be so cool

Though a solo game would be nice, I see Insomniac just giving Venom his own non-canon horde mode in Spider-Man 2 itself, where you fight hordes of enemies around New York for as long as possible just like in Ultimate, along with new abilities to use that weren’t in the solo mission, especially the ability to use the wings that were at the end, and converting enemies, and npcs into symbiotes to fight for you. I’d be more than happy with that.

A Venom game with Carnage as the villain would be dope af.

I highly doubt Insomniac is creating a Venom game, but I could totally see Venom getting his own Campaign with a DLC expansion of Spider-Man 2. I could even see them selling a repackaged version of the game but Venom themed.

And also they could use the symbiote forest that you fought peter with since it's still there post game which could work for bringing venom back

Would buy it in a heartbeat.

If we do get a venom game it would be really awesome and tons of fun.

Here's a list of things I'd want a Venom solo game heres a list of things I'd want for it: 1. A Eddie Brock story 2. Anne Weying is a supporting character and parts where we play as She Venom 3. Boss fights with characters like Shriek 4. Unlockable skins like Toxin and Anti Venom 5. Carnage as an antagonist and final boss

Well I have a feeling a need a new host, I doubt Harry Osborn could ever forgive the Symbiote for what it put him and his friends through.

I think Norman will try to use the G-Serum on Harry, and a very small piece of Venom left inside Harry absorbs it. He gets a more controllable kind of Venom. And they decide to become a lethal protector.

They can’t revive Harry before Spider-Man 3. That will take away some of Norman’s motivation for going after the Spider-Men.

@@KingOfQuinns His comment assumes that Norman only has 1 dose of the serum, which we have no proof to the contrary, so he might be right. If he’s right, and Norman uses the serum on Harry, he won’t have any to dose himself with, and we don’t get Norman as the Green Goblin.

We need venom as free roam playable

There's still Venom inside of Harry! Same thing happened to Peter, he had left over symbiote in him. But Harry probably has a lot more inside him. Maybe Norman will remove it and discard it, leading to Eddie Brock investigating Oscorps ties to the symbiote aaand.... Bam! We are Venom!

I doubt it. They’ve been working on the Wolverine game for years, at this point. They wouldn’t have even started on a Venom game yet, if they’ve been waiting for fan feedback of a game that’s barely been out a month.

His voice is perfect for venom. Hopefully we get one soon. Awesome game can’t wait to see it.

I think it would be stupid of insomniac to not make a venom game at this point. I'd love to play this new darker version of venom. It's been decades seeing him as a full blown villain. I think insomniac did a great job with him! Hiring Tony Todd was a genius move!

Cletus got the same symbiote that Harry wore. If you look closely at the tube containing it you can see the same crack it made when trying to lunge back to Peter after it was scooped up

Yeah we'll I hope either Eddie Brock or Flash Thompson will be his host this time, making Harry Osborn Venom as a antagonist and final boss for this game was a smart move, but I think a Venom solo game should star someone who actually was Venom in the comics.

Venom game and dlc will be announced at GAME AWARDS

Something that would be cool is if you as venom could pull enemies then turn them into a symbiote and they would help you infect other enemies

What I think is that they should make it just a villain game it doesn’t even need to be in the same universe as the insomniac spider-man I just need a villain game I think that there are way to few games like that and what more perfect way to do that than make it a venom game

Venom is literally my favorite character in all of fiction

Did we ever get any more official information about the meaning of the ending regarding when and how Peter will return?

For a venom game i want something kinda like prototype 2 except not only are u playing as the host of venom but you play the symbiote aswell like a mechanic where u can take over people as the symbiote and get them to do what u want and like prototype maybe the ability to use powers without the venom suit on and the ability to maybe switch on and off the suit at will

The concept art is well made my fav is the giant bite - similar to mvc

1:41 venom's tounge was cut off during the kraven fight so Maybe it will regenerate from that

Make it to where venom has new powers keep his old powers, but also make it really detailed and really nice where he can shape shift also like to like different people in the game

I think it would be cool if they did a CARNAGE led Spider-Man 2 DLC. Imagine being Cletus Kassidy learning how to use the symbiote and wrecking havoc in NYC and it ends with you fighting/ losing to Spider-Man. THEN the piece of the symbiote falls off and bonds with Eddie Brock and that leads us into a full Venom Game.

if insomniac make a venom game they gotta make it rated R

I think Flash Thompson is more likely to be the host in the Venom game, he was mentioned in Spider-Man 2, and Agent Venom was alluded to

@@robertkenny1201 Not necessarily. In the game Harry is both regular and Agent Venom, and he’s Agent Venom first. In the comics, he’s neither.

Personally IMO. Insomniac saying “we are gonna listen to the fans”. That almost confirms it for me. And knowing how much Insomniac loves these characters, yeah I’d say we will get a Venom game. Idk when. Probably after Wolverine honestly to get us closer to SM3. I also wanna hear Harry’s version of the Goblin Laugh. I wanna hear that Glider and hear “AHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA”. Like Willam Defoe.

They did also set up that the symbiote stays in the bloodstream with Peter so that could be how they bring venom back somehow.

So I get that a lot of voicework gets cut for the final product, both in games and films. BUT, 90% is an insane amount of cut dialogue if Todd is not exaggerating.

At the moment I'm just free roaming as venom using a glitch that lets me fight crimes and bases

Maybe Carnage survives the dlc of SM2 and he’s the villain for Venom, if the game happens.

Plus Edie broock dose exist in this universe

Honestly, I’d love to play more as venom, but I’d like it to be a dlc mode in spiderman 2 I don’t think there’s a good story for him, so they could make it a mode where we play as venom during the events of Spider-Man 2 And then a full fledged Carnage dlc That’s my dream at least

I think they’re going to do a 3 part dlc again. I think part 1 is going to be about Daredevil, the Hand, and maybe Kingpin. I think at the end of this, Yuri calls Peter. Part 2 will see us battle Carnage, and other, nameless, symbiotes. Part 3 will see the return of the hunters, under the control of a fake Kraven, the Chameleon. I think there will be a story, that connects all 3, and I think Chameleon could be waiting in the shadows in the first 2 parts. If I’m right, this could also add Daredevil as someone who can help you fight random crimes. They could also bring Black Cat back, and have her show up to random crimes.

games USUALLY follow suit with previous idea when it comes to devoloping a sequel especial AAA titles..so i think there will be 3 dlc stories just like the first game, maybe we’ll get a set of dlc story missions for miles then 1 for peter and then a venom…could be wishful thinking though

Eddie Brock is around Mary Jane pointed out that J Jonaah Jameson published the new guys story instead of hers I think its Eddie

i think a way they can bring venom back is venom is still inside harry but very weak he eventually some how escapes and finds eddie brock or flash and from there you kill get stronger blahh blahh blahh when peter got the antivenom it really had me thinking that venom is still alive because hes been with harry for so long and the symbiote is pretty resistant to the martin lee's power so i dont think the antivenom destroyed all of venom we saw and heard that the longer the symbiote is attached the more of it stays which again makes me think venom isnt actually dead theres just a small amount of him and he's very weak.

I just need that DLC to drop, I want to see the sensational suit and new game plus mode. Please Insomniac do not let me down

At least they got his dialogue before all the strikes!!! These strikes are going to delay games.

Dlc plot could be like city that never sleeps. But call it carnage city or somethin. Chapter 1 carnage arrives n turns miles into absolute carnage. Then ch 2 Pete somehow gets help to bring back venom (Harry) back cuz venom is likely still in Harry like it was in Pete when he got Li’s powers. Ch 3 is Spider-Man and venom team up to take down carnage and save miles. 💯💯

Didn't the venom symbiote die in the end of the game ? How will they bring back the symbiote ?

My question is would it be a prequel or would it take place after the DLC if a piece of Venom is left?

If there is a venom game on the way I want it so badly it may be hard considering that we saw venom fade after Peter burns it off Harry but hey a piece of venom could have escaped when Mj blasted the meteorite blowing venoms face off so I guess we will see
