There is the old doc (see my avatar) which rotted and is mostly removed. Behind the doc in this view is the beach. Pulling weeds is too much work in pea gravel, miss one season (hand surgery) and it is all grass, weeds, and brush. Got the brush cleared. Just mowed the grass and weeds. Next is getting the boat tidied up. Then time to fish. 😎

Giant snapping turtles I have seen in there. They usually avoid humans. Nearest gator or croc is 500 miles south. Also no venomous snakes in this part of Wisconsin. Lots of frogs and good snakes, crawdads, muskrats, and tasty fish too.
