    Nice work, Heather 🙂👍🏻 30k sounds like a great race distance. Having focused on training for a 56k race for the last 6 months, I'm now really keen to find something long but not crazy long! 😅 It's cool to look back on your progress over a year and see how your easy pace has improved. Great motivation to keep up the good work. Well done! 😎🏃‍♂️
