Why not plant maples instead of oaks in some the new spaces? You've got plenty of logs but no maple syrup in your starting district, you could get maple pastries there without having to rely on haulers to import them

Have you removed all of the small water pumps? That’s a lot of beavers that don’t need to be working, the large water pumps are more than adequate to keep supply

Again, it's faster to use a lumberjack flag instead of demolishing trees. Demolishing uses builders (who are all busy with higher priority tasks) vs 1 (very temporary) lumberjack, who will even produce logs. If it's a lot of Oaks, then build a storage there, set to supply.
