Props to Fractal for these updates, but no clear timeline for the FM9/FM3 is annoying. This is 1 thing Line 6 nails. All the Helix/HX products are updated in unison.

Cheers mate! Slate SSD5, pretty much the stock "Chili" kit with the rooms turned up a little bit. Eurobass 3 for bass and Ozone 11 on the master bus.

Not the input drive, just the A/D converter input sensitivity to suit my loudest guitar. That doesn't change the gain structure at all, just optimizes signal to noise at the input.

Of the 5150 models I liked both channels but the second one had something thicker? Girthier? More dense? It’s hard to describe but it sounded killer.

Yeah red is super thick. Blue for rhythm/red for elads would work perfectly.
