it is actually 3 not 5, research says it takes at least 3 positive interactions to mitigate or outweigh one negative interaction it’s the same for reinforcement, it takes 3 instances of positive reinforcement to outweigh 1 instance of negative reinforcement, i remember how much of an impact that fact had on me in highschool when i learned it in psychology class

It is so disappointing that you have a guest on who supports Israel. Not just because she lived there as a kid - there is a video on her instagram in which she collaborates with other Zionist celebs like Mayim Bialik in false flagging the victims of genocide as r*pists. Kelsey, you not talking about the genocide isn’t even the issue. It felt good to have a space to come to and just listen to your kind voice and take a break from it all. But as a genocide survivor myself, I now don’t feel safe enough to continue listening or watching. I am losing a safe space.
