More evacuation orders lifted for Arizona's Tunnel Fire
Fire crews are fighting the Tunnel Fire, burning 14 miles north of Flagstaff since April 17.
The fire has burned more than 21,164 acres as of Sunday morning.

Why do they keep saying only 3% contained???? That's not the visible reality!!!
The more that Arizona is defiant to Federal Law, the more tragedy the state will face.

You're right, that is why California has had large wildland fires for defying federal immigration laws.
