MOBBOB listen. I was in the same boat as you. Only had a console. And wanted a pc to play vr on. I bit the bullet and bought a pc and a vive. Best decision ever. There are so many vr games on pc that are vastly more fun than the ones on PS4 and there are even more that will never make it to PS4 or ps5 or probably even ps6 because it just won’t be able to handle it. My advice is just get a lil job (if you don’t have one already) (or sell some stuff you don’t need), buy like some used pc parts, and put a cheap vr ready pc together. I’m running an i7 and a 1080ti. Runs every vr game at max smooth as butter. Edit: and vr headsets are only like max $500. My vive was $500. And I think the oculus is either $400 or $500.

It was one of my first purchases when I got my Vive and I still can't recommend it enough. I still spend hours in it weekly to monthly - depending :). As of now I have 178 hours and although some of it is just leaving the headset running while I grab dinner or something, so much of that is legit play time. He keeps adding consistent quality guns and scenarios/scenes - Just playing through the Take and Hold variations with the newer guns is fun...it stays fresh for me is the bottom line. I'd also like to point out that due to the awesome sound design, it sounds great thru a stereo but headphones really bring out all the environmental details and effects. Anton's weekly update videos should be enough to inform you of the care he and the rest of Rust LTD put into this; if you already haven't seen them/didn't know.
