honestly i didnt realize i wasnt playing this game right until i started watching your videos (i never gave armswinger movement enough of a chance). my fun and immersion with h3vr has grown exponentially and i can totally understand why you have so much time in this game.

There are exceptions, but the general scheme is: Black = AP, Blue = Incendiary, White = API, and Green and Red = Tracers. (Red for NATO calibers, Green for Warsaw Pact calibers.) Oh, and some pistols can get rounds with a silver/grey case. Those are more powerful +P rounds. One of the reasons Jedi was able to make that scorpion work so well is that it was loaded with +P API rounds.

Left hand has the radar and health around the outside. I don't have the enemies on my radar for a score bonus, but it also tells you the location of the next supply point and hold, if that is what you mean

My experience making suppressors with my cop friends has been, bottle suppressors only work with .22lr and maybe to marginal for 25acp. Anything bigger or higher pressure needs and actual metal tube. also it starts melting right at 15 to 20 rounds of 5.56 while firing fast. In addition, of you're gonna go cheap, fill out your form 1 and make one out of a oil filter, best one for the money, good enough for 5.56 a bit iffy for 7.62x39.

Wait the Evo doesn't have a mag release in game? I might have to talk to Anton about that because I can hit mine with my trigger finger no problem lol (OEM mags don't like dropping free though, but various aftermarket mags are drop free).

I got the oversize 1911 in Ricky Random but the gun was broken, couldn't rack the slide. Btw I love that Scorpion Evo 3, nice run with it, tho unlucky attachment rolls.

.22 mag is legitimately lethal, poachers use it a lot since it will drop deer at a distance but is still really quiet, and people and deer are basically the same when it comes to bullets

Light bullet weight means that while it's lethal against flesh, it lacks armor penetrating capabilities, and the game clearly spawns a large amount of armored targets later in the rounds. Even if he got +P ammo for the .22 mag, it still wouldn't have enough penetrative force.

I had a ricky run that gave me a 416 with 50rd drums, a evo with 50rnd drums, and another AK bullpup with 30rnd mags. Rolled ammo for everything and got +p for evo and FMJs for the 5.56. The only thing that gave me AP was the 7.62 and it was frustrating. I won through sheer volume of fire

Imagine the bruise one of those ceramic dummy rounds would give you from that underslung

i really want a vr head set just for this game

One question: How did you tell the scorpion had tracers/ gave it tracers at the ammo check?

on top of that you can also hold it in your right hand and then flip your empty left hand around to see the menu which will tell you exactly what it is

Did you ever think of doing a use what you get type thing? Like you can only roll one gun per room, and you HAVE to use it till you get to the next room. Also reroll ammo as well

I think the agog got stuck on a different weapon when you were doing the collision test thing

They should add a mode or option to where you can only get certain types of ammo. So you could do Ricky Random but only with .22 cal.

Yup, you can enable the item spawner and grab them there! They can even spawn in Ricky Random!

I'm a left handed marksman are the h3vr compatible with that.

The controls are completely ambidextrous. The firearms, not so much. There are a few left handed weapons (M4 and R8 revolvers) so most guns are as left hand friendly as their real world counterpart.

So kinda a computer novice but is there a wireless receiver for the headset so you don’t get tangled in the cord?

You can get one for the Vive/Vive Pro, or you can play wirelessly with the quest and one of a few streaming methods from a PC. No way to play wireless with an Index though, I use the cable.

at 29:55 i noticed that he was able to rack the bolt on that sv-98 without taking his right hand off the grip, how does he do that? I'm using the Valve's Index controllers btw

Touch the right side of your touchpad with your right hand when holding the rifle - will switch it to the bolt. Make the bolting motion, and itll return your hand to the weapon when it is complete - quickbolting!

Could you explain how you pick up multiple rounds and also hold them in the vest in a stack, it would make playing with so many goes so much easier, I’m on the new oculus if that changed anything.

You say that M4 with the sight is a real nice combo, might be because that sight (the CompM4) was made for AR-15's specifically.

I've never played this game so bear with me (pun not intended), can you spawn lock the sausig's weapon ammo? If you can you should do a take and hold spawn lock run where you only use sausig weapons and can buy attachments.

You can't spawnlock the sosig guns in take & hold (can in other scenes that have them) but you can enable reloading by shaking them. They do not accept attachments though.
