The long-awaited Ignition video is finally here! Chris couldn't do it alone, so once again we called in our trusted presenter Erik to make it a fun episode. Basic ignition for 50cc and 70cc cylinders.
How do you adjust the contact points? What to look out for and what do the contact points actually do? Once we have cleared that up, we move on to basic Puch ignition tuning, what to look out for and so on.
To check that everything is correct, we take the ignition gun and check that the stripes line up. At first, they don't, so we also readjust the base plate.
This video should also make it easier to set YOUR ignition! So pay attention and note a few important things here and there, and soon your Puch will run like a charm!
