Very easy to assemble Recommened, and only attachments I've used so far work well, and are easy to use. Doing a good job on the new carpet in my bedrooms and stairs. Works well on the hardwood on my main floor too. Reasonable weight and cord length. I already knew from an earlier review that it wouldn't fit under furniture, but I can use my Eufy for that, so no problem - the high traffic areas that need a stronger suction was really what I bought this for. If it continues as it's started, it will be a good buy and well worth the money. I have had two Shark Rocket stick vacs in the past that are super easy to use, but the motors just don't last well, even with scrupulous cleaning of the filters. I'm hoping for better with this Bissell.

Got this one! and this one is a game-changer! I'm totally fell in love with this one. How I wish Dyson make one like this but still - I went out and get this one! I don't want to use the usual spray mop.. the dirt is not being taken off, unlike this one! you can really see the dirt is taken off from your floor! and goes to this tank! the battery is amazing! did the whole house 3000 sqr/feet and still running! unbelievable!

I loved seeing this I wanted to get a cordless mop I like that this was a vacuum and mop it will help so much and makes cleaning way easier and less space with no vacuum and mop stored thank you so much for doing this I can't wait to get one it seems so easy to clean when done using it

I was the fence ordering mine, but yesterday I finally pulled the trigger and was glad to see this video. I will only use Bissell's cleaners in my new one as too much Pine Sol damaged my older corded version. Great video and very helpful. Thank you for making it.

And I do mean AMAZING🌼 Me and my friend decided to buy for our larger home with all original hardwood floors and to say I was AMAZED at how my floors looked and felt afterwards would be an under statement. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!

just wondering if it’s easy to get it under furniture that is just high enough for a regular vacuum. they did not mention this so how does it work for you in that aspect?

Love it! My daughter got one on her Bridal Registry. Tried it on my floors. Got one for me today. 40+ years of washing floors and never had a mop or machine that I actually liked until now. Had a floor steamer and every type of mop. Never liked the dirty water. Never liked sweeping or vacuuming first. This works great!

You’re a good teacher Jessi. Not inclined to read directions myself, 🙃 it was helpful to see you unpack parts & explain the setup process. Having used an older model with a cord, I know all of the problems of that model, not a Bissell. The unwieldy size of it, placement of on and off switch, too low on the tank, and the annoying cord. The Bissell seems to have done many thoughtful components & kept it simple. I was surprised that so much dirt came off of your floor, the house is pristine. One tip however: you should pour out the dirty water into the toilet, rather than into a kitchen sink. No doubt you have a prep sink for vegetables, but that much dirt should not be near a kitchen where food is prepared. Especially now, since we’re all having to re-think our relationship to germs. Thank you for the presentation; it will inform my purchase.

I just bought the Bissel Crosswave Pet corded machine from Costco ($299). I love it! My hardwood kitchen floor was filthy so I had to vacuum first with a regular vacuum, then mop. The floor was still wet so I dried it with a dry mop. My floor is sparkly clean now!!

I love this product. Ive had it for over a month and clean my floors more now than ever. I have a German shepherd rescue that makes lots of mistakes in the house and I don't mind cleaning them up anymore because I do it with this. If you don't have one, get one! You'll be hooked the first time you see how much dirty water this thing picks up off the floors you thought you had just cleaned with your mop and bucket or steam mop.

I have this one, I love it. You did an excellent job describing everything. I labled the buttons because I forget between times. 😂Our home is really our respect as we travel a lot as we are retired. So I had cleaned mine and couldn't remember where the gray and turquoise plastic filter went. Thank you for helping me with this. If anyone reads this comment this crosswave is amazing. Thanks for the info Jessi! I'm a single guy, living alone, and I'm not really familiar with these new appliances. I'm still a mop & bucket guy, and felt compelled to get this because of a) the cordless design, b) the vacuum & clean, at the same time, idea. It sped up my cleaning time a lot, and the fact that it has its own cleaning solutions is great also, even if a little pricey. And You made it simpler to learn it, just by demonstrating its use. Much appreciated young lady! Now I just want to see how long a full charge lasts, since virtually ALL my floors are wood & tile. Would be great if I could knock out all my floors in one charge. Thank you for taking the time to do the video. We have hardwood floors and we also live in the dusty desert and have a Husky! It's not uncommon when he comes in the house after being outside and lays down that he will leave a outline of dust. I have a Dyson and it does well at getting up the dust but to really get the floor clean I need to attach a damp cloth on my swiffer and go over the floors. It's work and does ok but not a great job. Does it matter that the floors are laminate because I know you can not flood them? I am looking for something to make the job a bit easier and if this would work it would eliminate a step! Thank You.

It would be perfect for laminate flooring! It sucks most of the water back up and what’s left dries in 60 secs or less!

Great video. You mentioned using another cleaner might void the warranty. That's actually against the law in the U.S. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act stops that. If they require you to use their soap then they have to provide that soap free of charge to you. Since they are not providing soap to you, you can use any carpet cleaning soap you want. If it breaks, then the warranty will cover it.

Great review, but I use the corded one, and it still does a great job. I am not bothered with the cord. The problem with the battery 🔋 is what if you have to replace it shortly? What would be the costs?

I have 5 types of flooring: 1. Natural pine- which didnt take cleaning with Crosswave too well as there are gaps in flooring which the brush can't reach or suck out the debris. 2. Large tiles with wide grouting- Again the brush didn't reach the grout and didn't clean the tiles well. 3. Smaller tyles- Still struggled with grout. 4. Vinyl- Was ok, but left streaks. 5. Composite flooring- worked best. It's a good appliance to do a quick clean, but you will still need to go over with a mop and bucket if you have tiles in your house. It worked well on area rugs, especially door rugs. However, if you have pets and hair you'll need to go and clean the brush before you continue with flooring as it starts dragging the hair everywhere. The filter is annoying to clean as it accidentally gets wet during cleaning all the time and takes too long to dry. The brush is not abrasive enough for tiles and keep in mind it will not reach the corners like then mop would.
