carrot-1(small) grated
curry leaves-5-6
mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
jeera(cumin)-1)4 tsp
sesame seeds-2 tsp
oil
chilli flakes-1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
salt to taste
