Eric Idle said the "hasn't got shit all over him" line was ad-libbed. Which was unusual for Python as they were all writers and tended to work strictly from the script as written. They were never an improv troupe as is common today.

Not so much "accurate" but with "fidelity" to how Monty Python would describe it, but makes no sense, for if one is dead, one certainly cannot pretend to be alive now, can they? It's akin to that American slogan for some non-alcoholic beer which described it's wholly unsatisfying product "what beer-drinkers drink when they're not drinking beer". "Umm..." indeed! Logical fallacies were Monty Python's speciality, so... points!

So I was like "Well if you hit Italy and you've played Plague. Inc your already technically boned." Because in History if it Starts in China ...but than makes it to Italy down the silk road via Turkey. Than you got a bonifed Plague, or some rather nice Silk curtains. But my guesses it's plague.
