This just makes me depressed how dear Terry Jones isn't able to contribute as well to the celebrations.

L0REN0R2Z0RR0 It is sad, especially to a man who famously shouted at the BBC's Head of Comedy "What's wrong with masturbating? I masturbate, you masturbate, we all masturbate!"

A poorly recorded interview over the phone and you add a noisy background music for more confusion? Very Python.

Indeed. I can hardly get what he's talking about. Thought it would be some new material...

I cant really believe Mr. Cleese actually knew Chiquito de la Calzada existed and even liked him. I always thought you englishmen saw us spaniards as kinda dumb (which I cant really disagree with in many instances), let alone Chiquito's kind of comedy. I'm really moved. We will all miss Chiquito, rest in peace.

Surprisingly the heirs (or one of the very few) to Python is a Brazilian group called PORTA do FUNDO. They are sharp, intelligent, surprising and have the courage to poke fun at everything particularly at ALL authorities and extreme conservatives. Take a look at KZread, search Porta do Fundo. Enjoy it !!

Fascinating... There has been more nostalgic retrospective content produced by Pythons about Flying Circus than actual Flying Circus content

Due to the horrible 8000Khz 1995 sound quality, this video desperately needs captions.

8000 KHz? So... Essentially... 8.000.000 Hz ... Or 8 MHz? That's quite a good sample rate as far as I know. I mean, most recording studios top out at 96-192 KHz and most distributions settle at 44.4-48 KHz.

@@ROOKTABULA Oh I listened to the entire thing and cringed at the quality. The quality is pretty much a disservice to John Cleese.

Whatta mean the one without the Gannett, it's a standard British bird they all have the gannett. I don't like them they wet their nests. In October they are releasing the Blue Norwegian edition every episode cleaned up and restored with added dialogue and never before seen footage worth checking out Python rules 😀
