Disappointing design for 8 mil home....

Incredibly underwhelming.

This is that type of real estate people invest in, never in it, and resell in 2-3 years

The decor is very Gaudi, way over the top for my liking but the penthouse itself is easily worth between 6.5 to 7 M $. Too much wasted space for show i.e. the staircase that takes up 1/3 of the floor space.

Looks like it’s worth $2.5 million.

This has seems to have been inside a penthouse for the first time
