A wrestler doing an interview / cutting a promo to make himself appear relatable / likeable / hateable and to try and draw money for his promotion (sell tickets to the wrestling event), all while trying to improve his in ring capability and also his charisma / charm on the mic (being a smooth talker)... This guy is probably at the first tier of this and there are probably 5-10 tiers of promotion that increase in popularity until finally the pinnacle, WWE.
