I hope so hle my love, i hope it helps you. You just need to replace things in your pantry, oil, sugar, starch etc. Buy more , cook sweet potatoes instead of potatoes, brown/wild rice instead of white... etc. I will invite a dietitian for a live as soon as i grow a bit
