Ridley's in the PNW has caselot sales 2x a year. Even tho there are only 2 of us it saves us a bunch of money. Besides canned items they will have sugar, salt and flour on sale. Also, bacon, cases of chicken tenders, etc. I look forward to these every April and Oct. Also, love FDW.

The price of Canned meat is going up, and up, and up. I don't think the increases are going to stop anytime soon so think of it this way, the money you are spending on the food is an investment. I dollar saved is a dollar earned. Right now, I can't spend any money as I have been diagnosed with cancer and due to start Radiation AND Chemotherapy here in the next 3 to 4 weeks so after I pay the medical bills, I might be able to afford anything. BTW: my cancer was caused by a human papilloma virus.
