I tried clicker training and it works but it's inconvenient because you need to have it to give her the cue. I like verbal cues or snapping as a cue because it's easily accessible and I would find myself, unless I was doing an active training session, fumbling for the clicker then you miss your mark!

Learning clicker speed depends on how much you talk lol. If when training and you use a marker word and don’t have a bunch of filler afterwards then it’ll probably be about the same speed. Clickers are just very concise and distinct that they can hear and recognize it outside of everything going on.

My Aussies aren’t into the peanut butter playology toy, but they love the pork and beef ones! Also be careful with the benebones, they break teeth pretty often and wear them down because they’re so hard

If you want a good chew, the virbac dental chews are VOHC certified, vet recommended and last a long time! They even last with my GSD who is known to swallow things whole

Hey marissa. Thanks for the video! Can you do a video about how you prepped, what you got for freyas spay? My Aussie is being spayed next month and I’m worried about trying to keep her calm through recovery! And did you have to deal with her going into heat since you waited a year? My vet said to be on the lookout for it.

YES! that video is coming next Tuesday!! 💖 I of course filmed the whole thing for yall!! and honestly we never had a heat (at least one that we noticed, sometimes that first one can be so short and small that you don't see any blood or notice anything, but from what we know, we didn't end up having a heat) but since she's 16 months, vet said we're good to go with it! 💖
