Kylo is growing and discovering his world. Que lindo. It's so sweet to see how much he associates everything with his own words. Girl just wait until you have to start spelling everything. Kids are like sponges. They absorb every word. The kitchen time and meal prep with him is so heartwarming. The memories you are making are captured on your channel which is pretty special. You are a great Mom. Mom guilt is normal but there will come a day that you will feel less guilty which doesn't mean you love or care less. Girl, it's part of surviving and navigating. Btw, now I want muffins and pancakes 😅😊🫶🏼🥞

I feel like no woman should feel mom guilt. Having kids is the most amazing job you can have but sometimes you need your own time. Don’t ever feel guilty if you need that time to yourself. It’s a rewarding job and mom’s sacrifice so much. Do not beat yourself up. ❤❤❤

amy i’ve been a long time follower & have never commented but i need to tell you this as a mom of a 5 year old: if you remember anything at all i hope you know that even if you did less than half of EVERYTHING that you do as mother, you’re still an amazing mother. i know how hard it is & how we beat ourselves up as moms, but i promise, you’re phenomenal. in fact, i really encourage giving yourself a bit of a break. you don’t have to be so rigid, and you’ll both be much freer because of that. i wish you nothing but the best girl (which means you don’t have to be the best 😅) much love amy!

This was an amazing video, you are so smart. And I love how you are putting all of your low parts for us to see as well. That takes courage.. I have an almost 5 year old, sounds like Kylo is teething bad.. I used hylands baby natural calming teething melt tablets and it would pretty much garunteed a nap for my daughter let me know how they work for you!!! A life saver for teething toddlers and sleep deprived mommas.. you’re very correct with your attitude about phases kids go through.. keep on pushing !!

Your boy is so good, my boy was climbing out of those towers & onto the counter at a year old turning on the sink & pulling everything out of top cabinets. I can't even have any chairs in my house right now because he uses them them to climb it's so exhausting the amount of stuff he does in a day. You're also very fortunate he eats whatever you give him. My little one is so picky! Just like his dad 😘 he's 4 & it feels like the longest 4 years of my life! I wish we were neighbors, everything you cook looks so good! I admire so much about you, don't be so hard on yourself! 💙

I’ve been working at a daycare for 9 years. Sometimes some children do drop their naps early but it’s not common. I usually will have 1 child in the class of 24 kids that this happens to. That being said, doesn’t mean anything is wrong. My suggestions would be to make sure he gets ALOT of physical activity in the morning. In my classroom, we do a lot of dancing and movement with instruments! Hope this helps. You’re doing great mama!!

Hey girl! Great video. I definitely can relate with the forever changing toddler phases! My son went through a brief short nap phase I found putting him down for a nap a little later helped, but honestly so hard to tell sometimes their feelings are bigger as they grow my son is now 2.5 and I noticed he has always been really independent but around 2 years old he was mommy mommy for everything I think he's in his mommy Era! He does go and always has gone to his sitter without a fuss after we recently went on a week vacation away he definitely pulled the mommy no when I would leave him the first 2 weeks which he's never done I honestly think he's just getting older and is able to express his emotions more which also just kills my soul at times I hate him wanting me and I need to go, but he's fine few mins later 😢 mom guilt is real

Hey Amy, I can relate as a new mom..our kids are a month apart. Actually due same time frame but mine came 1 month early. Mine is going through a phase also. I THINK that she is going through separation anxiety because at night she will not fall asleep on her own like she used to. I literally have to sit by her crib and have my hand on her , this has been going on for almost a month. I still am not sure what it is , it's exhausting so I understand where you are coming from. I am dealing with 530am wakes also. It has to be some regression or phase. I pray it gets better for you! Stay strong mama! You're doing great.

Haven't had barely any leaks (only once or twice if i forgot to put the ruffle part outwards around the thigh area)!
