Fabulous wealth, favorable tax laws and Formula 1, must be Monaco! With a 24 hour layover in Nice, on the Friday before the big race, I took the train to Monaco and watched the stars, the cars, the GP2 race and Porsche GT3 qualifying. That's a layover!
