    These days I am not really driven by comparison statistics. It seems much more important to me to be moving to areas that are driven by comparable traditional American values and beliefs. Where is that website? [nonexistent] Quality video, thanks for doing it!

    I have heard that whitefish has had a huge shift in demographics in that California Elite bought second homes there. Prices will be going way up as a result and policies will be influenced. So sad. Three years ago whitefish was preserved.

    Thank you for the info and the sites you got it from. Don't forget the vehicle license plates/registration fees between the two states. There is a big difference.

    Great video! Hard to imaging Whirefish at .81 and the whole of Montana at .83 for real estate taxes. I live in Kalispell amd taxes are going up, Up, UP!

    Property tax where I live in Illinois is 2.56 more than triple MT real estate taxes.

    The Montana State legislature just passed an income tax reduction that will take place in 2022. The top marginal income tax rate will decrease from 6.9% to 6.75%.

    In 2024 the top marginal income tax rate will be reduced again to 6.5%. This change will also collapses the six other lower rates into one at 4.7 percent.
