I wish this movie had a 2018 sequel called Kong escapes Skull Island and the plot is when Kong ignores Ghidorah’s alpha call and went dormant to make sure no Skull Crawlers can escape
Kong is a gentle monster. He doesn't attacks others unnecessarily but if you create unrest in his den he will teach you a good lesson that's the quality of king.

Its weird how his adolescent features are more obvious now after we've seen him fully grown in GVK. For one thing his body's less hairy and muscular, and it seems his canines and jaws are smaller then too just like looking at Orangutans. I guess that's just the way for a last of a species. No other individuals like adults to compare to.

So, it’s like this... It’s hard for me to understand why Godzilla is so loved in the monsterverse when he’s hardly had screen time in a movie called “Godzilla.” Godzilla is on screen for 7 minutes out of a 2 hour movie. And during those 7 minutes, he’s just fighting. We do t get to see how he is or what he does when he’s not fighting. What is he like other than defeating whatever monster is wreaking havoc for the week then disappearing under the ocean. Not only that, it’s hard to read any expression what so ever on Godzilla. So, we don’t know what he’s like during times of peace and we can barely get/read any emotion from him, yet he has so many people who love him. Why? Now with Kong, we actually do get to see what he’s like during times of peace. We actually see he is kind and gentle, but also a fierce protector of his home. We see him watching the night sky and protecting other animals who need help. He also saved that woman from drowning; a woman he obviously remembers from the times he’s come across her. Understandable why he will help her. We can also read his emotions and expressions. So my question is, what makes Godzilla more appealing to other than Kong. I’ve seen way more love for that lizard than any other monster. Why is that? I saw both “Godzilla” and “Godzilla King of the Monsters.” I didn’t learn anything about Godzilla other than what the people in the movie were telling me. I wanted Godzilla himself to show me who he is and I didn’t get that, this I left those movies bored and disappointed. To be honest, I saw the first Godzilla movie at home on tv, and I saw the second one in theaters. Actually, I literally walked out of “Godzilla King of Monsters” because I was that bored. I’ve never walked out of a movie before.

It's mostly the cool factor. That's what made a lot of Godzilla movies work. It's also why there's an entire era of Godzilla films that are basically "Godzilla Vs". You don't go to his movies to watch him, feel sympathy or something. You go to watch him blast stuff and have cool attacks and fight cool monsters. Not that appealing to me since I'm a fan of the only other type of Godzilla movie i.e the original, but the nostalgia carries his movies hard

Dgurlie - 0 27 + If you walked out of Godzilla King Of The Monsters then you're not a true fan. This level of whining was hurled at Godzilla 2014 ad nauseam, and yet when viewed in continuity it's there. Go back to the Japanese movies and it's there also. Now, I'll grant you I didn't like much of the human interaction in King Of The Monsters, but watching Rhodan awaken was awesome, and King Ghidorah was magnificent. The fight scenes were epic, Kong Island was, duh, Kong. What can I say, I love my Godzilla

Let me explain, Godzilla has been around since 1954 and has had over 67 years of history, 36 films, references in other forms of media and so on. I grew up with the millennium era, but still hated the 98 film, so yeah Godzilla holds more of sentimental value to us when he returned in 2014 after 10 years of hiatus

muốn tu giải thoát thì phải hiểu thật rõ 16 thứ tánh người, từ chỗ hiểu thật rõ đó, mới hiểu tu thế nào được giải thoát, tu thế nào còn bị luân hồi. Căn bản 16 thứ tánh người như sau: -Một là thọ: bộ phận thọ này nhận: khổ, vui, buồn, thương, giận, ghét… -Hai là tưởng: bộ phận tưởng này tưởng tượng ra đủ thứ trên đời, chính cái tưởng này con người tưởng tượng ra để lừa gạt người ngu dại, còn người ngu dại bị sai lầm. -Ba là hành: bộ phận hành này có 2 phần: Hành mà thanh tịnh là hành của điện từ quang hành có 3 phần: Dẫn 4 phần trong phật tánh đi xa hoặc thu lại gần. Dẫn 1 phần rất nhỏ của kim thân 1 vị phật, phân thân, hóa thân, hay ứng thân đến tam giới nào đó trong vũ trụ này, nơi có loài người sinh sống mà người đó muốn giải thoát, thì vị phật trong bể tánh mới giúp, còn người nào không muốn giải thoát vị phật không giúp, vì sao vậy? Vì người này thích luân hồi, thì vị phật trong phật giới làm sao giúp được. Giống như ở thế giới này, bọn trẻ thích lô đùa, có ai đó bảo nó nghỉ, nó sẽ chửi lại ngay. -Bốn là thức: gọi là biết, nhưng biết trong thanh tịnh là phật tánh biết, còn biết mà chồng thêm cái ham muốn nữa, tức dính mắc là biết của tánh người. -Năm là tài: vì có thân tứ đại lên phải tìm đủ mọi cách kiếm cho nhiều tiền của để cung phụng cho thân tứ đại này, nên sanh ra tham tài. -Sáu là sắc: Cũng vì muốn cho thân tứ đại này thụ hưởng sắc đẹp của thân và vật chất nên tìm kiếm sanh ra ham sắc. -Bảy là danh: cũng vì muốn cho thân tứ đại này và vọng tánh của mình được hơn hẳn những người chung quanh, nên phải làm sao cho nó có danh tiếng hơn người. Khi có danh tiếng rồi nếu bị người khác đả phá hay cướp lấy, không thể nào chịu nổi, do đó phải bám lấy danh cho được. -Tám là thực: cũng vì muốn cho thân tứ đại này đầy đủ, sợ nó gầy, xấu nên bày ra đủ thứ để ăn uống cho thân tứ đại khỏe bền lâu, nên tìm đủ các món ăn dù tốn kém bao nhiêu cũng được, do đó phải thực cho thật ngon. -Chín là thùy: sợ thân tứ đại bị xấu đi, nên tìm cách ngủ nghỉ cho êm ấm, tìm chỗ cao sang sạch sẽ để thùy. -Mười là tham: cũng chỉ vì mang thân tứ đại nên phải tham để cung phụng có thân tứ đại. -Mười một là sân: cũng vì mang thân tứ đại ai nói nặng hay đụng đến thân mình là phải sân. -Mười hai là si: cũng vì có thân tứ đại nếu cái nó muốn mà không được là phải si. -Mười ba là mạn: cũng vì thân tứ đại cộng với vọng thức của con người, nếu ai làm trái ý nó bộc lộ cái ngã mạn ra. -Mười bốn là nghi: để bảo vệ thân tứ đại và vật chất mình có, nên không tin ai, vì chỗ không tin ai, nên người này nghi ngờ người kia, cũng vì nghi ngờ mà thù thắng với nhau. -Mười lăm là ác: cũng vì sợ tổn hại đến thân tứ đại, nên bày ra đủ thứ hại người hại vật nên sanh ra ác. -Mười sáu là kiến: cũng chỉ vì thân tứ đại và vọng tánh nên sanh ra cái mình nhận định là đúng, nếu ai bác bỏ liền bảo thủ cho kiến thức của mình là hay hơn hết, nên sanh ra kiến. Trên đây là 16 thứ căn bản trên thế giới này nên sanh ra tranh giành hơn thua, chém giết với nhau...
