Welcome to Schony747 trains on Wednesday. If you enjoy the video, hit the like button & subscribe here for weekly updates on Schony747 - www.youtube.co...
This week Schony747 features trains from Tullamarine Loop. It's getting close to Christmas and the size of freight trains are starting to get bigger as more freight is carried to meet the Christmas demand. In this video trains are seen passing each other at Tullamarine Loop. It's a fantastic sight as trains pass each other side by side.

Up to 1500 metres for some of these trains. SCT start off with bug trains out of Melbourne which reduces in size once some cars are shunted off further up

If you think these are “monster” freight trains, you should see some of the double-stacks that travel on the BNSF Transcon near my house in Flagstaff, Arizona in the United States. Some are 5 miles (8 kilometers) in length, mate. Here is a link where you can view them live. We get nearly a hundred trains a day here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/lX6uu9uOoMmYnco.html

The freight speed limit through Flagstaff on the Seligman Subdivision is 40mph. A 5mile train would take 7.5mins to pass through that level crossing!

@@Super_Chief If you google "BNSF Transcon" it says each train typically 6,000 to 8,000 feet (1,800 to 2,400 m) long

Is there any mode of transport, other than my car and the horses that run the Cox plate, that the name Linfox does not appear?

There are 3 different Gauges in Australia 🇦🇺 3 foot 6, Standard 4. 8 and Broad 5 foot 2 also Australia 🇦🇺 doesn't have the same of Freight, however America should take a Lesson from the Iron Ore trains in Western Australia, as there's nothing like that in America
