Don't Striker Style also have a 5% (or something)damage buff on Axe mode? I think i have read that somewhere. Those motions values nerfs(Axe mode overkill maybe?).... But also i think(Key Word) the motions are more fluid and faster. I saw a vid where the player was slight turning the EAD too.

I'd like to see you do a playthrough of it :)

What armor set is that you used in MH4U? And it seems like Aerial and Adept are the reasonable choices. Aerial just barely makes the cut,and Adept loses some to gain some. TY for the video,it restored my faith in MHG C.Blade.

Honestly the changes look pretty cumbersome to deal since it removes a lot of the flow that I really enjoyed with the CB in 4U. Which style is your favorite anyways. Looks like Adept gives the most useful tools to work with.

+exxeld I stuck with Adept for my MHX playthrough because it's the only one that doesn't feel like you'd lost your limbs. The other styles basically force you to play like a cumbersome GS that can KO.

Emarrel do you think MH will ever get a chance to be placed on console's like they used to do with MH2 on the PS2??

I tought it was Gaijinhunter's video, seems like it's not lol.

+Psy Meserim CB was pretty much the only thing I used extensively in 4U so it's the only weapon I feel I'd be able to make a video like this for. Plus, it took a lot of time to make and I don't feel invested enough in anything else to even bother.

+Emarrel That's fair enough, the video was pretty helpful. When Generations comes out, I think I'll give the Charge Blade a go!

I believe despite having some nerfs, the Charge Blade benefits a lot from Bushido, being more viable for runs that it was in 4U.

And meanwhile, I just want to know what the songs are. So I can grab them. ;_; But at least this video is very helpful despite how inept I am at Monster Hunter in general.

I had more than 1k uses with CB in 4U, shit is like crack, you can't let go of it once you learn to GP. I'll try my hardest not to use it ever again in X since the other weapons need some love as well.

Did you learn nipponese to play X, or did you just use the english patch?

It's not like Monster Hunter needs a fundamental knowledge of Japanese and recognizing and matching up frequently used moonrunes doesn't require you to know what they all mean. For instance, It becomes pretty easy to pick out skills you actually care about when you're just associating them with a few symbols rather than the whole word. As long as you have the resources somewhere you can manage.

+jgr094 well, CB is without doubt the most difficult weapon in the game. If it isn't broken OP anymore, you can aswell learn an easier weapon. Well, unless you find it cool and played it in 4u.

don't blame the game, blame the 3ds' shitty engine. also, ignore the graphics, get the fucking game and play it for every single waking moment, it is beyond incredible.

the game is awsome i played it but the graphics are just awful to the point where my eyes strain such a shame
