The gold looks wrong. Wrong texture and shine looks like brass slag and I have never found big gold in loose dirt alway in hard pack with big rocks and black sands bed rock or attached to quartz Also the plants don't look right for Alaska

Looking at how slow the machine is to react, and how the coil has to be pressed to the gound, with a sweep technique as shown, i have my doubts this is a geniune find. If is IS genuine, i doubt you'll find another. You need to brush up on your technique. You've got the tools for the job, learn to use them.

No one is talking about how this is not even Alaska!!! Alaska is mostly evergreen forests. Leaves look like eastern US to me. Clearly winter here, in Alaska there would be 12 feet of snow on the ground. Not even going to mention the metal piece he is claiming to be gold!

flag this for misleading. Obv doesn't know how to detect.. the only place he concentrates on is right next to a crossed stick that he left to mark his clearly dug-up spot.

how do you people buy into this pure bull crap? 1. This guy clearly doesn't know how to metal detect. 2. He seemed to know EXACTLY where it was. Notice how he stopped and retried the spot even though it didn't make a noise. 3. Had that been real gold, his cheap detector would have picked it up from at least 5 inches off the ground.

Just went into a coin shop and the owner showed me a nugget someone brought in the looked just like this only a bit bigger regardless I'd love to find even a 3 gram nugget one day!
