I've heard a lot of grumbling about NASCAR being too cookie-cutter and taking the race out of drivers' hands, but this year's racing has been super. Congratulations to Harvick's team for executing their plan and getting the win. Hats off to Hamlin for an excellent display of sportsmanship!

Anything but 850HP is weak but turdyotas engines cant win there and blow up at an embarrassing rate, so they gotta buy dominance while racing go karts

I mean the racing with the 550hp is not bad but for me it just feels so artificial, a bit fake. I'd probably rather watch a 'proper' race with little passing instead of a good race with the 550hp package.

@@theflagstand agreed, and it is artificial all those empty seats show it who wants to pay to watch 1 or maybe 2 drivers capable of challenging JGR for the win and its never the same drivers....my boy Harvick is one of the few that always there to at least have a shot but that's why he's The Closer but no matter what it's always JGR team's have to beat, I wouldn't waste money going to a race already knowing the outcome and that really fucking sucks because that's been a dream for me to go see, not so much anymore. Once Harvick retires I'll be joining all those empty seats we see week after week

I'm tired of driver's getting blamed for NASCAR's inconsistent calls. Keep seein' what you want to see pal. How about Alex never speeds, gets in JJ's car and gets a penalty, when the lights aren't even on?

I can't help notice the clear difference between FOX and NBCs announcing style. I've been watching races for the past couple days; NBC has *constant replays* of things seen moments before so we miss whats really happening. At road courses/Pocono, NBC uses: *radio style broadcasting* meaning someones constantly talking as though we can't see like a radio. They even say that they're using that style during the Pocono race. FOX is calmer; NBC yells their words and its replete w/hood, door etc cams.

Go Kurt, you have been Chevy's only hope this season...

They need to take the # 3 off of Austin Dillions car, he wrecks or something it seems like almost every week. Plus, the #3 should be retired in the first place bruh and the only way it should ever be brought back is if Dale Earnhardt Jr. has a kid that makes it to Nascar or something.

I see no problem in that, that would actually be more respectful and would keep that name and number alive and an Earnhardt driving it. Nascar should have MADE Harvick apologize to Jr publicly or at least Harvick should have been man enough to do it on his own. There were several major contributing factors 'beyond Jr's control' during his winless streak & I'm not talking about just the concussions. If Harvick would have had the same factors his latest winless streak would have been MUCH longer than it has been! It's about Harvick's attitude & derogatory comments about Jr. when Jr. has done more for the sport than Harvick could ever dream of. It's a well known fact - both published and non-published that Harvick has openly expressed jealousy of Jr from the very git go & has 'tried' to copy everything Jr. does. Do your homework next time - or better yet.... just keep licking Harvick's boots - suits you very well.

Really not a Dodge fan or should I say (Fiat) but I'd rather see them back over turdyota buying dominate go kart equipment with all that sponsorship money filling the France families pockets.....at least we would be back to 850HP, it's really ironic changes they made after that embarrassing 2 win '14 season along with a grave yard of blown engines and changes they make with every package only JGR stays on top while everybody else struggles

I used to be a big Nascar fan I barely watched anymore she say got a bunch of Yankees running this damn dang now they Frank NASCAR sucks you take your stage racing that's the reason I didn't watch those middle of the season races stage racing . And they wonder why the following dropped off what a joke
