I have this in black and I prefer using foaming soap than the gel soap. Yes if you want to use gel soap it's best to put 3oz soap and 9oz water and mix it in a separate container before pouring in the dispenser.

They have a cord to charge, easy plug-in when ready. It probably does tell you, but I usually just wait till it doesn't work and plug it in. it works for awhile though.

Ahh water, thanks. Wife bought and set it up, ran out of soap and I put all soap no water.. no work 😂

It's a weird balance, but still works great!
😢my so suspensor is not working. I think the USB cord has gotten wet. What can I do?
