In the Korean version of Play It Cool I.M does have more of a part and that's the one they usually perform in concerts. Yes the dance will take you OUT live, it's so sexy! My faves out of the 4 are defo Play It Cool and Gambler, we are on the same page!

Gambler, when it came out, was really the comeback I needed from them to pull me back in as I had lost interest a little with fantasia, follow, etc. Gambler is SO GOOD. The beat for the chorus, the high notes, the dance break, that song was on repeat. Btw, I believe Rush Hour continues from Gambler as the van at the beginning of Rush Hour is the one they leave in at the end of Gambler. You simply watched the mvs out of order for the storyline to make sense ;)

When you listen to beastmode I HIGHLY suggest watching it either with a live stage or dance practice. That song live with the choreo is insane. Jooheon made it with Eric Nam!

But when I read the lyrics it would seem that they're talking about the cut throat kpop industry and how everyone is racing against each other to climb up. I wish they will come to my part of the world soon but will be equally happy if you'd share your vlogs and commentary with us later. And if you don't already know this fun fact- Chanyeol and Jooheon used to be band mates back in high school! Ok still very new to Monsta X but loved Just Love and Play it cool is so catchy. I don't know much about the members but Joohoney smile always gets me and he has a nice singing voice for being a rapper. I haven't heard much of Shownu but I was really liking his voice in Play it Cool. They all sound great tho.

You wont regret listening to their music. Not sure about your taste but they hv 2 full English albums which are totally opposite from Rush Hour and Gambler. But if you want to listen to their original genuine sound, then you should listen to their Korean albums. Great albums are Fatal Love, No Limit & latest one is Shape of Love (5 out of 6 songs are produced by themselves). Best things about MX: 1. They can pull off any genre and they dont hv bad songs. 2. They all hv different vocal tone from each other (so you can easily distinguish each voice) yet they sound amazing together. 3. After 7 years, they still showing improvement, new things and expand which is amazing..

I was ready to say that Gambler was my favorite but then you played Play It Cool. So it’s Play It Cool, Gambler, Just Love, then Rush Hour. Love Monsta X and it was good to see Wonho in Play It Cool.

Just Love...the beginning, I always hear "Pull up your skirt, I just wanna love ya." It's I.M tho, so I never questioned what I was listening to.

This is gonna be the best week, so much Monsta X reaction coming! I'm so excited! Hopefully you'll enjoy all the songs like you did with these 4. I love these songs so much but if i had to pick a favourite it would probably be Rush Hour (although Gambler is incredible too, so proud of our Joohoney for producing them). That whistling and some parts of the song always get stuck in my head for days at a time. Seriously, i get distracted doing something and when I realise I'm whistling it. It's baaad 😂 I wish they would come to my country or at least one close to me. I would absolutely love seeing them live, they have so much energy and charisma that I'm sure I'd have the time of my life. I'm hoping they'll announce other places this year.

For Me it's just the opposite. IM is my bias and Hyungwon is my wrecker.

I think they dont sing too much of their English songs for their concert because its not what they made. I saw on twitter someone said 15 out of 23 songs they performed for the concert is their self-produce songs. But yeah I want them to perform She's the One frm All About Luv so I feel you.

I would recommend for you to see them singing Gambler with a live band on the It's Live channel. It's so goooood! You already have a lot of reaction to do, so in your own time, of course. I just think you'd love to get a glimpse of their live vocals before the concert.

Also when you said that Rush Hour has a cowboy theme to it, an idea struck me. A car has something called horsepower and a cowboy is known for riding horses. It got me thinking that they are cowboys that drive cars with the most horsepower.

I don't see a lot of reactors who biases Hyungwon and I'm really happy to hear that he will probably end up being your bias ^^ Still, who knows, things happen and etc. hahaha I just really love this man and it feels like he not always gets enough love and attention as he deserves, and well.. can't help, he is my bias, of course I can't be objective. Actually Just love is one of my favorite songs from No limit album, it was written by I.M thinking about Shownu's enlistment, idol/fan relationships and MBB, it feels personal to me in a way. And I prefer Korean ver. of Play it cool to be honest, they realised it in their Korean album (it has IM's rap verse as you have been told already), lyrics to that one feel more free and has vacation vibes to it. In korean they sing "plane mode" instead of "play it cool" and you want to just turn of your phone and go somewhere new sometimes xD Rush hour and Gambler definitely iconic at this point. Sorry for a lot of words, thank you for your reaction! ^^
