You know... Monsoon is tehnically the strongest boss in the game cause you have ripper mode on for the whole fight but he takes as much damage as a regular boss would without the ripper mode.

In fact, he’s as strong as Senator Armstrong if we put in the fact he packs a hell of a punch in Revengeance mode.
