Yeah. I'm cutting back my dosage of news to once a week. I'll read headlines but unless it says "Trump impeached" there's really no point. Here's a sum up of the news: "Trump is still firing people left and right. Trump cheated on his wife and is being sued. Mueller investigation is ongoing. Congress is still doing nothing to check or balance the president. Facebook did what Facebook does." That's really all you need to know. Getting too invested in the day to day quagmire probably isn't good for the health long term.

Elliot I think it did him some good politically. He reacted like a normal man with a wife and a daughter, and people empathise with that.
