One should be true to self..Have faith in our own truth.. don't find self ... Just be in self... Don't ignore .. just observe as an observer... My learnings😄 Thank you Sandeep sir. I am sitting for half an hour practice. Sometimes I get lost in this practice that I don't want to come out of that emotion.. feeling.. or nothingness. But time demands.. Still I am now successful to understand the basics of what it is... I feel ok I have this this feeing in me...but now how to work on that... My opinion on this as a student is no one would be interested in watching 😅 if people are interested in this then they will find it, come here ,and watch by themselves.
