Garp barely is controlled by the marines. Seems like Kong Sengoku and Akainu all have trouble wrangling in Garp and basically accepted that he will stay a marine if we really don't push him to do anything against his morals which is honestly better than forcing him to go against his morals and make him quit.

Bonney does have the devil fruit that allows her to alter ages so she could be Ginny and had false memories implanted and the bubble Vegapunk had were her original memory and hasn't compiled yet

A thought on the Dragon vs Akainu theories: with Aokiji leaving the Marines and joining Blackbeard, and then Blackbeards crew taking down Garp, couldn’t Dragons past with all of the admirals leave a potential vendetta against Aokiji for his hand in killing his father? At the same time, Aokiji only left after getting stomped on Punk Hazard by Akainu. So, could all of this be leading to a three way battle against Dragon and his Army, Akainu and his Marines, and Aokiji with the help of Teach and crew? Cause Teach wouldn’t pass on the chance to take down the Fleet Admiral and harvest his magma fruit
