Hi, yes some lemonades use the lemon rind and even the pith! You can look into it online, there are several recipes using blended whole lemons. This video is a recipe we recommend, however you are welcome to adapt it to your taste: if you prefer, you can remove this ingredient.

While making drinks there is no shortage & excess on the measurements if drink came excess it's wastage .don't waste food & water
