Monet's Water Lilies at the Musée de l'Orangerie

[Subtitles available in English and Korean]
Would Monet have known that the Water Lilies Cycle he painted until his death in 1926 as a monument to peace after WWI would have so much healing resonance today in the age of COVID-19? Come rest your eyes and heart in the serene vision of a water garden by the Impressionist painter and take refuge in his last gift to the world, now at the Musée de l’Orangerie in Paris.

Wow! I’ve been there and I did not know the story behind the gallery design. Really interesting and something for contemporary artists to think about too!
