I became a Remar nurse on the 4th I passed with 85 questions 🙏🏾 Thank you God and thank you to you Regina the content helped me it was what I needed. 3rd time taking this test if I didn’t pass this time I would need to do a remedial course. God is good, Happy New Year ❤

I do have patient in hospital who is having peptic ulcer n patient on anticoagulant n steroids .till now patient dint have melena n when I clean her I saw melena so,patient think it’s due to anticoagulant .
