Monarch Butterflies in Slow-Motion | Chronos Cameras

Үй жануарлары мен аңдар

These migratory monarch butterflies are found in the US, Canada and Mexico. They begin their northern migration in March-April, which is then completed in November. It is also important to note that these butterflies are now considered to be endangered species due to reasons such as climate change, habitat destruction, drought and poaching.

Butterflies in slow mo is one of the most rewarding shots. Incredibly hard to film as they tend to dart around left right up down. I’ve spent hours running around the garden chasing them over the years. This is a beautiful shot.

It looks a little jerky like they are putting 1000 into 24 and having to skip a few frames.
