Hell yeah dude! Momo is do awesome haha. This was on Day-1, “20 Night”, and she turned 21 the next day, “21 Night”. Compilation needed or instant copyright nuke, unfortunately. Momo went from Momozilla to Princess Peach in an instant haha, love it! Moabanger is also great too for Moa’s 20th, but she didn’t do any harsh vocals. (Legend - M show, 2019). 🤘🦊

I have a theory that she's training to do harsh vocals (properly to preserve her chords) and will be able to unveil it at some point live (more regularly). The Metali scream and Momobanger were just a taste of what's to come. I'm here for it either way haha 🤣.

@@Ganimal83 I think she did it already live (but can´t proof it). At least "Meta Taro", because it differs a little bit when she repeats the growls. But I think she did the "Headbangerrrrr!!!!" growls live already. Using the same technique (no shaping yet) and the same tone. Can´t wait to hear the live of the FOX-FEST performances of "Ratatata", I´m quite sure she did growl there, too. I think she did the "LET´s GO!!!!" together with Kevin and took some growl lesson from him. If you listen to it, it´s not Kevin´s growl alone, there is some kind of "harmony" going on. Might be a sound effect, but I think it was "Momozilla" 🤣 I´m so excited to hear what there is to come from her! But we should not forget Moa! She has a more powerful scream than Queen Su, which is fascinating! (absolutely love her "Headbangerrrrr!!!!" rendition!) Hope to hear more of her, too.

Sadly this was a compilation which is confusing, but obviously this was recently released, they want to sell Blu-rays.

When I first started buying the BabyMetal Bluray's I was actually ASTONISHED at how affordable they are in comparison to other groups... Compared to other live-acts out of Japan, their blurays are actually cheap af... I mean, as BM fans, we have to remember that BabyMetal is, however loose the connection after all these years, still part of the idol industry... and as part of the Idol industry (Again... no matter how far removed and tenuous the link is after all these years...) That usually means Idol Industry prices... For example, there's another group that my partner loves, and their liveshow bluray was like... $170 usd... and it came with ONE fucking bluray disk... if you're lucky, there MIGHT be a 'bonus DVD sometimes (Yes, the bonus disk WAS a DVD... in the bluray case)... and the bonus disk had 2 music videos, a TV interview, and ONE karaoke version of a single song... Keep in mind... it was 170 for the BASIC bluray... It WAS NOT a collector edition... or even a steel case... It came with NO artbook... Not a pamphlet... Not ONE fucking sticker or pin... NOTHING. 2 disks... one of which was a DVD... which was fucking highway robbery. Meanwhile, babymetals multidisk blurays are like 60 bucks for newer releases usually, with their collectors sets being around 120. The collector editions always come with extras and a nice case which is easily displayable. *sigh*.... The japanese music industry can be greedy as fuck, but I'm glad Babymetal at least keeps it reasonable. (PS: on their web store they have a few liveshow blurays that are going for like 20 bucks right now.)

@@cryptickitsune1876 it seems like Babymetal has designated Legend 1999/1997 and Budokan 2014 DVDs as promotional material, the investment of these shows has paid itself back years ago, so at least those 2 are sold at the cheapest price possible, so people get a taste of what Babymetal is like. This is also why we see so many reactions to those shows, because they are allowed to life on KZread, not blocked. (side note: Budokan Black Night at least, the Red Night is still more often getting blocked, at least it was in the past).

Great reaction, again! Momometal doing the growling is really great, I saw that you loved it, too 😄 And you love the song, just like me. I will remember it very fondly as long as I live. My first BABYMETAL song 😊 Too bad you could not use the "real" video of Momo´s "Headbangerrrrr!!!!"... the intro is the greatest thing done with "Headbangerrrrr!!!!" ever (IMHO!). And Momo gave it her very own touch, sometimes very subtle. You should buy the BluRay as soon as it is availabel to see yourself!

It's BM tradition on birthdays, Moa and Yui have both taken the mic on the second verse, the bluray, DVD and albums for both nights are out on July 10th, Yui and Moa did 4 duets with Su sitting out and chilling and Moa has performed a couple of them on her own since Yui left and as you would expect she smashes it both for performance and crowd control with the cutest touch you could imagine on GJ at the Budakan on her own. (make sure you have closed captions on when she's getting the crowd going, I swear that girl could wink at a mounting and turn it to dust. Have fun.

@@ksbrst2010 😁❤🤘🤘🤘🦊🦊🦊Just a pity I've only seen fan cam footage of Yui but Moa on her 20th is just lovely. love the way she smiles when the crowd roars, Momo's growl though is really impressive (Blu-ray is out July 10th for both shows, got it on pre order so I don't have to mess about trying to get it in England)., I did think it was on the special night of my 15 but I could well be wrong relying on translations as I only speak English. Go Well and spread the love.

@@user-wv6vg6wi5i Yuis 16th was in Paris and the Video quality was horrible. And Yui left Babymetal before she got 20. Health problems a usual problem in young dancers. And she obviously wanted to see children in Babymetal shows. Today there are more than enough children among Babymetal Fans. But you don't send children to metal concerts but if Mommy and Daddy go they will go too.

I did have a look at tickets for a Japan show and they seemed to have special sections for kids but the guardians seemed to have to be under 21 and from what I've heard (a lot on line that's not right or just opinion so I may well be wrong) that at the 5 Fox festival they had separate nights for different crowds, men only, women only, kids etc. don't remember them all as age does that to you. I may well be wrong on the different sections for different people as though it was the proper site I had to translate it so you never know. Yui in Paris would have been June wouldn't it? Just before Sonisphere and the show at London Forum.

@@ksbrst2010 Sorry my mistake, Yui turned 16 the year after Sonisphere and the first London show at the Forum, Old age for you, I know they had played a very small gig just outside Paris at the start of their 1st world tour in 2014 and that's what through me.

Momometal is chiseling out her role in Babymetal👊🏽⚡️🦊🤘🏾

This performance was at Legend MM (MM for Momo) to celebrate Momo's 21st birthday. It's Babymetal tradition that when one of the girls celebrates a major birthday, they have a Legend show to celebrate and they sing Headbangerrr!!!. Su-metal had Legend S in 2017, and Moa had Legend M in 2019, so this was Momoko's turn. Yes, Momo can death growl. This one of the new skills that Momoko has brought to Babymetal. I was at Legend MM for this performance and it was awesome to see live. I don't think any of us expected her interpretation to be so distinctly different from Su and Moa's versions. Momo has really brought a new energy to Babymetal. You need to check out her performance of Meta Taro (Momo Taro) on the second night.

cool reaction love the genuine reactions from you, wow so much babymetal for you yet to see, I highly recommend any of their Blu-ray, two recent ones the other one blu-rays are great

Great reaction, Momometal really did kill it.🤘Hopefully we'll get a much better video for this performance eventually ... as you said, it was very confusing with the compilation - showing Su-metal singing with Momometal's vocals really doesn't work.

I was at this concert, it was amazing...wish we had a full proper Pro-shot on KZread instead of this compilation. Yes, it seemed really challenging for her not to smile. Right before this, they also had her decend from the ceiling of the arena, and she had to keep a straight face the whole time

Just a tip for people wanting to make more of these compilations, it is very disrespectful when someone is singing or playing a solo to show somebody else singing or playing, if you have to show different footage at least make it the same person as this is what these people do for a living, you would not like someone passing off your work as being done by someone else would you?

Not sure why they kept showing Su singing when Momo was singing, I think there is a better video. Su and Moa are angels, but Momo is a demon. There are Black BabyMetal songs with just Moa and Yui and no Su...

not a comment against you at all, I wish whoever keeps making compilations 1. stops 2. at least gets the singer right. there was no reason for this I've seen a momobanger with less shots of Su singing during Momo's part that it seemed accidental because it was far away.
