I left the house with my 2 kids yesterday, to run some quick errands. I got in the car and looked at myself in the rearview mirror and was like "Eesh, I'm out in public like this?" My 10 year old said "I think you look beautiful". I always thought my mom looked beautiful too ❤ If only we saw ourselves through our children's eyes 😍 Happy Mothers Day, Ladies!

This is so perfect for busy moms!… 40 year old mom of 6 kids all under 9 years old speaking here 😂… only thing I would add is a little highlighter on the “high points” as they say… and if I have an extra minute I will do a very simple liquid eyeliner wing in brown… I just think it really makes you look put together if there is time 😉…

Thank you Andrea! I am raising alone for now my 8 month old, struggling so hard with depression and anxiety and honestly, makeup is helping me feeling better. I am blessed that, for now😄, my baby is pretty chill and waits patiently for me to put on makeup (and admires me while I do it😁).

Best wishes! I have 10 children; I can definitely attest to the usefulness of bassinets or play pens to hold the little ones while you get ready. They don’t mind, they just want to be near you! Allowing yourself time to shower and look presentable doesn’t take anything away from your child, so keep it up! I hope you’re doing well 😊

You said it perfectly… 😅 when my children were young, I couldn’t wait for them to grow up … now they are all grown up and I have to wait for them to get home … I pray aloooot so they arrive safely . I really do not sleep at all. I wish they were little again and I could just tuck them in their beds and go to sleep without any worry at all. 😂

Yes, I'm a smoker and sometime when I'm really tired, I look blueish grey. I think it also has something to do with the lack of blood circulation on the face when I don't get enough sleep or exercise. It is soooo true. And thank you for the tip!!! I’ve got two daughters under 5 years and I’m pregnant with my third (girl, of course 😂). And my daily makeup routine is 3 steps: Step 1: I apply ALL my complexion stuff in one go: squeeze moisturiser, tinted SPF and glow stuff on my hand, rub it together and then apply to my face all over. Bam! Step 2: I pick one feature to focus one only: - either a stronger lip OR - brownish eyeshadow (in this case will use concealer too) OR - that sunburnt cheek look with a cream blush. But only one of these! Step 3: brown mascara, always. Done. Takes about 3 minutes.

Great advice and thank you for explaining so in depth the why’s and the why not’s!!! I remember that a make up artist told me that if I didn’t have time for shadow that I could just brush some blush onto my eyes. I have been doing this for a very, very long time. Also the placement of the blush near the eyes has always made me look as if I just worked out or spent time in the sun love the placement of the blush exactly where you showed us. Beautiful look, Andreea! I have not yet tried the Hourglass concealer, but I love love love the Ambient Soft Glow foundation. I am Shade 3. It is my Holy Grail foundation. My favorite setting powder is Kosas Cloud Set. I use the "Breezy" shade. I am the dark end of cool fair. It is so soft and never cakes. I am 60 with normal to dry skin. I am the mom of a 22-yr-old daughter who lives with me and a 25-yr-old son who is taking college classes and working, lives with his girlfriend. Motherhood doesn't end at 18, lol. When the kids were little, I worked from home as a freelance editor. Life as a mom is crazy! Happy Mother's Day to all of the moms on here!
