no one would ever agree, but this movie is seriously underrated, the way that it's able to grab your heart and make you cry tears of sadness and joy at the same time is .... it just doesn't happen...so rare.

Different things touch different people in many ways. This movie touched me in so many ways. The mom/daughter relationship, the spoiled but nice rich girl being humbled, the sad little girl that didn’t want to let anyone in - all very powerful. Then add Brittany Murphy’s way too early passing to it. This movie gets to me every time. And I have watched it a lot!

Her smiling when she sees Ray, Ray dancing freely like a child, this movie is a masterpiece

The first time Neal attempts to sing this song Molly doesn't let him do it, it was a song made for her by her dad. Now, he is allowed to play it, because it really means something for him just as much it means for her, he re-signifies a song that was sad for her, making it happy again. In the end everyone is kind of healed. This movie was really good, it has incredible depth, kind of underrated,

Brittany Murphy was just that amazing as an actor. I did not know her personally. I cry every time I watch this scene. Everything about it is just perfect for hitting heartstrings, and it was not easy pull off. Fucking amazing.

From the moment I saw this scene where the narrator says that in stories, there are endings when all this time the end is a beginning in life in the real world, it got me thinking about things back when I saw the ending and heard these words. I could agree with this, but I could also say life has its own purpose even when it's good or bad, and in this case of when life's own purpose is bad, it can turn out to be a good thing but only at the end before it starts with a whole new beginning.

I love the music ..... and i love the movie.

Ugh I cry every single time. Such a great movie. I still remember buying the DVD cause I loved it so much and letting my cousin borrow it and I never saw that DVD again 😢
