My gods, the slavs do post-punk so well. They even capture the fuzz of a cassette tape. Absolutely fucking brilliant. The melancholy sound perfectly captures my bleak and melancholy disposition

A few months ago I found out about Molchat Doma by learning Swedish, aka listening to Swedish culture radio channel. They never play music, but sometimes there are talks about music and they recommended this band :)

I write stories as a hobby and named one of my characters after this song :) Her name is Stephanie "Stephie" Toska. Also you guys and your music is the reason I started learning Russian

A lot of this music has the same vibe/feeling as certain vaporwave artists, but it has a lot more energy and a clear storyline/message, which is something really cool and unique. A friend of mine from omsk sent me this band a week ago and I haven't been able to stop listening since, it slaps!
