Charlie Munger. Simply put, one of the brightest, deepest and wisest minds of the last century(ies). Charlie’s public speeches, what he wrote, said or communicated in any way should be taught to the masses. I personally consider his knowledge and wisdom (applied in life in general and not just limited to investing and other financial topics) to be the highest guiding compass of values and ethic principles that I hold extremely dear.

I bought it from Amazon last year as a gift for a friend- the price was actually quite high for a book (80ish USD?) - but this is an impressive book even in terms of physical quality (paper quality, colors, pretty big, might not even fit in a smaller book shelf!). I think I need to ask him to lend it to me or I need to buy one myself :)

I heard a rumour that around 13 years ago there was a waking full 2 minute period when Mohnish Pabrai didn't verbally ball cup Charlie Munger or Warren Buffett. It sounds far fetched I know, so I dismissed it as bullshit.

I heard that rumor too. It’s bs. Another rumor is that he once spoke a full sentence that did not include Charlie or Warren. Turned out that was just Russian propaganda.
