How do you install a ceiling fan with lights? Two black cables and one red?

Is neutral wire connected mcb to smart switch, then N-out how it will connect? Can i loop the neutral wire ( its coming from db) to L1,L2…

It's very good, but I like the illuminated circle in Color Blue=off and red=on.

Hello, I want to know how I can use the app outside the house. It doesn't work on my phone if I'm not connected to the same network and close to the house. I want to be able to use the añña, it's far from home. can?

Has anyone been able to find wall plates for these switches to cover normal sized wall boxes? I have a normal 3 and 4-gang light switch I'm trying to convert to these, and the switch is just SO much smaller than the standard wall box.

I used a metal box 4x4 wit the reducer to a single gang, I had to grind down a little on the sides to fit the switch inside The box

If this switch is not connected to any lights, but you want to control the lights in other rooms, you only need to buy a Tuya smart light bulb to install in other rooms, and link them to control on the app

Hello, the neutral line of the wifi version of our product must be connected, and the zero line of the Zigbee version can be left unconnected, but if your bulb power is too low, it may cause flickering, you need to connect the neutral line or add a capacitor or replace it A powerful light bulb will do the trick

I cant find the device at the app, althou its bliking after i turn on the circuit breaker, ?

Hi. I have a 3 gang on it's way. 2 of the switches will be connected to outdoor PIR lights. Is there a way for these 2 switches that you have to leave your finger on the button for a small amount of time, say 3 seconds, for it to then be switched off. It's so these 2 lights aren't accidentally switched off. I want them to be off if I mean them to be. I hope that makes sense. If this can't be done, is there a way to not be able to turn off these switches at the wall, but only by the app. Not a deal breaker and looking forward to the setup. This will be my trial and if I like the look and setup, I will replace all my light switches with these. Thanks

Sorry, we didn't design a long press to turn off function for this switch. Considering that most people click it as a normal switch, this design will affect the normal switch. We have not considered the point that the switch cannot be turned off, because if it cannot be turned off, it will lose the meaning of the switch. It is better to buy a module to prevent accidental touch

Sorry, it cannot be used to control the refrigerator due to power issues. You can try using our smart socket. Our wifi products can be remotely controlled on your phone as long as they are successfully connected to wifi for the first time, even if you are far away.

Hi, after removing my manual 3 gang switch, i found there are only 1 live wire connected to the first button and loop to the 2nd & 3rd buttons. if i put the live wire into L, and 2nd & 3rd wire into L1 & L2, where is the 3rd wire for L3? i dont see any other wire besides a neutral. please help

Sorry, L1/L2/L3 are connected to three light wires, not live wires. When you remove the old switch, you should be able to see

Do not try for air coditioner. This item has a 10A capacity only for lights. If you have an old air conditioner with RF remote controller. There are WiFi RF controllers to buy and control them via mobile. I did it for my old TV set, music set and DVD and other old Remote controller devices.

My 3 gang switch suddenly died. All lights are flashing fast and can not be find mobile. Only controllable when touching them. I tried all possible reset options and none of them worked. I need an assistant to solve my problem. Thanks.

Trash connection. Show how to connect to wifi not installation

I just bought the "MoesGo Smart WiFi Motion Sensor Light Switch", which claims to be easy setup. Just a comment for it's "light switch" like to add that "easy setup" my @ss!!! the manual setup instruction language is horrible. Just to pair the device, it is so complicated and not working. I am returning my product. Waste my money having the electrician installed it.
