    @@pyramidmoto86 it would be awesome if there was some way to relocate or hide the horn on the front. I think it would look way better. As far as body panels it might be cool to have some slightly extended versions of your current paint matched wind screens.

    @@2WCapo I didn't hide my horn but have moved it to a more central location and it didn't cost anything but a little time. The horn is mounted on 4x leafs of spring stainless steel with a slot cut in it. I just cut a new slot so I could rotate it more central and bent the plates a little. Looks much better imho. If you take it off you'll see what I mean.

    Got a bit of a Pyramid modded bike going on myself as well on my Icon Blue MT10. Got the headlight wing and for me it makes the front look so much better. I've got the fly screen in Icon Blue which I think suits the bike nicely. I've got the front fender extenda (not drilled) which helps keep road crap off the rads (possibly damaging debris as well). I've got the full rear hugger in matt black which I think looks better that the rear extenda and is a little wider at the front. Finally I have the belly pan in Icon Blue colours on order for when it comes in from paint. It was good to see yours fitted and now makes me excited to get mine. Great guys and gals at Pyramid with info and advise on their products.

    Bro that under brow does tons for the front end of the bike. Also if you black out the horn with some black paint or even the last I dip it hides away a little better. The xsr is equally as bad. Let’s do a dragon trip this fall! -Ian. 🙌🏼

    I will be interested in feedback when you encounter rain to see how much protection you get. Also if you notice any change in engine temperature with the belly pan (unlikely). I know it has vents but I live with hot conditions like you. Australia. I run a rack on the the rear during winter to protect my passenger from a wet back should we get caught out.

    Didn’t notice any difference in heat, the cat being removed and the ecu being flashed helps keep the engine cooler than stock. The rear extension helps keep the fling off of the under side of the tail well, the only spots I get are on the tail light now. I believe Pyramid is coming out with a stand alone replacement for the whole rear tire hugger that’s extended as well. Another option if you don’t want to drill into your stock one like I did. Cheers!

    Who makes the link pipe? Oh hell yeah! I'm waiting for the 2024 models to come out. That rear hugger piece you got, also comes in a one piece. I think it's made with fiberglass. Wasn't sure if you knew it. Now you should get the radiater guard. I've got big plans for mine too.

    It’s a Leo Vince mid pipe, I recent saw the one piece tail hugger, that’s a good choice also. I’ve got another brand’s radiator and oil cooler guards already but yea if I had know prior to discovering Pyramid I could have got almost everything at one place. Thanks for watching!

    @@2WCapo you bet Capo! Meant to ask you about that leo vince. I was thinking it was plug and play. Euro 5 compliant and no need to get a tune

  • @2WCapo

    @2WCapo

    9 ай бұрын

    Definitely requires a tune as it opens up the exhaust immensely and will affect the air fuel ratio. But the added benefit is that a proper ecu flash fixes all of the little hesitations and weirdness with the stock tune and makes the bike so much better to ride.
