Modified DOF Reality H6 Motion Platform - General View

Here's a general view of my much modified DOF Reality H6 motion platform.
I've tried to keep it as compact as possible as it has to be used in a fairly confined space. It's mounted on six heavy duty "workbench" castors, to enable it to be pushed into a corner when not in use.
Most of the mods have een supported via addon sections of slotted alluminium extrusion, (marvelous stuff).
All of the control ancilliaries, (yokes, joysticks, wheels, pedal, etc.) can be quick changed as they are attached via magnets.
I'm a decrepit old man, so some of the mods have been added to make it easier to "climb aboard", such as the swivelling seat etc..

when you work the collective and cyclic does the "heave & sway" provide a semi realistic feeling ?
Sorry, what dud you use to make your seat swivel ?
Does your seat swivel ?

It's a standard accessory for motor caravans (RVs) to enable the driver or passenger seat to swivel round and face backwards. It's important to get the type with large square plates and locking detents, like this one: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/352022284559 There's a lot of smaller boat seat swivels, but they're harder to fix car seat slider rails to.
