yes, many would agree your response from the content provider was indeed in poor taste but undoubtably he is primarily a content provider & may not be a qualified architect. Your questions may be better directed towards an achitect who can properly design your requirements from your preferences in design & function. 3D concept modeling is simply that.....a concept idea which needs be fleshed out by proper achitectural constraints with suitably qualified persons as there ....there are many variables to cater for in estimating & formalising a quote such earthworks & drainage requirements & structural elements before even a brick is laid & interior works commenced Hope you are able to get the results your searching for
