This woman thinks it appropriate to tell a knowledgeable and experienced customer they're being rude when she has given a totally irrelevant answer to a technical VOIP question and got called on it. In front a a volunteer advisor who admitted not knowing and asked her. If you don't know don't get round it by trying a putdown. Luckily I got the correct and fact based answer from someone else. And one of my own former colleagues staffing the event will take my complain forward
